Relax for a Reset!

Take a Moment to Reset your Mind!
Have you ever felt like you should just take a minute to Reset your mind and be able to Focus?
We all Do, so relax, You are Normal!
What most of us feel is overwhelmed, or burned out after hours, or even days of non-ending work or responsibility, and we need a reset button for our brain. How about this, take a step back, relax for a few seconds, and if you need to, get a cup of coffee, or sip some tea. I like to close my eyes and dream of my next vacation on the beach somewhere. I am posting a little video here that could help you see what I mean. This one of the most peaceful beaches ever, and the waves crashing against my Feet was just awesome.
Now that you took a moment to reset your mind, you should be able to focus, and get things done!
You can do this as often as you need to, but remember, Day Dreaming doesn't get your work done either, and you still have to come back to reality and get it done!
Keep in mind that Resetting your mind helps get you back on track, focus, and be able to be more efficient in what you do. Don't let yourself get out of line, and off track by simply running too hard and not taking a minute here or there to reset. We all have a lot to do, but we all need to step back and take a moment to reset ourselves and regain composure, and our mental mindset.
